Requests for Transcript

To request a transcript, please fill out this form and email it to CriminalTranscripts@3rdcc.org.  Our support team specialist will forward your request to the court reporter, and we will contact you after your request has been processed. 

Fees

Pursuant to MCLA 600.2543, the rate for transcripts produced in the normal course of business is $1.75 per original page and $0.30 per page for each copy, unless a lower rate is agreed upon. 

Deposits

In the absence of a Court Order, monetary deposits are required before transcript requests can be processed. The following deposits apply for all cases:

• $50.00 per Motion/Hearing date
• $100.00 per Evidentiary Hearing date
• $200.00 per Trial date
