The mission of the Court Reporting Services Department is to provide the highest level of transcript production, as it pertains to capturing an accurate record of court proceedings; assuring that legal proceedings are understood by providing interpreters for both Limited English Proficient recipients and for the hearing impaired; ensuring and maintaining integrity during the process of appointment of appellate counsel, as well as serving as the liaison between the Court of Appeals and Third Circuit Court.
