What is a Bond Report?
If a defendant is held in custody, the Court may order a Bond Review. Bond Reviews (Investigation Summaries) provide the Judge with background information such as: residence, employment, education, prior criminal record, and social background information. The bond review information assists the Judge with determining what type of bond to set and which conditions to impose.
