Program Eligibility


Michigan Compiled Law (MCL) governs each programs criterion for eligibility; however, the final decision to accept a defendant into a program is made by the Prosecutor’s Office and the Supervising Judge. With the exception of our Swift and Sure Sanctions Probation Program, violent offenders are not allowed to participate in our programs.
