Mission

The mission of Assigned Counsel Services is to provide the courtrooms with attorneys (EHC/HC) to represent parents and children.  The attorneys assist in child protection and delinquency matters.  Contractual providers of legal services are available to represent juveniles in both delinquency and child protection proceedings, including appeals that may arise from the proceedings.

Administrative Order 2014-06

Pursuant to MCR 8.112(B) and 8.123(c), the Third Judicial Circuit adopts the following as its Plan for the Assignment of Counsel with Administrative Order 2014-06.
