The new attorney payment system is a web-based application that allows an attorney to voucher for specific hearings for any case to which he/she has been assigned. The Court has developed online video tutorials to assist you with registering for and learning the new system. Please note that you must create an account before you are able to voucher for any payments.  (If you have already created an account to use the system in the Criminal Division, you may skip this step.)  To register and to view the online tutorials, please click on the link immediately below.
