You are not required to complete all fields when using the online version. Any fields which are not completed will be left blank. These fields can be filled in by hand after printing.

Fees

Pursuant to MCLA 600.2543, the rate for transcripts produced in the normal course of business is $1.75 per original page and $0.30 per page for each copy, unless a lower rate is agreed upon. 

Deposits

In the absence of a Court Order, monetary deposits are required before transcript requests can be processed. The following deposits apply for all cases:

• $50.00 per Motion/Hearing date
• $50.00 per Motion for Summary Disposition (non-appeal)
• $100.00 per Evidentiary Hearing date
• $200.00 per Trial date
