Third Circuit Court held its fourth annual Cover Contest for our Annual Report that is opened to high school students who reside in or attend Wayne County Schools.  Chief Judge Timothy M. Kenny would like to announce this year’s winners.  In 1st place is Darian Hopper, a senior at William D. Ford Tech Center.  His submission will be featured on the cover of the Court’s 2019 Annual Report.  In 2nd place is Hayla Thurmand, a senior at William D. Ford Tech Center.  In 3rd place is Lance Church, a junior at William D. Ford Tech Center.
