STATE OF EMERGENCY
WAYNE COUNTY JAIL BOOKING FEE - CRIMINAL DIVISION
During the time of the State of Emergency, as announced by Governor Whitmer,
the payment of Wayne County Jail booking fees pursuant to MCL 801.4b shall be
deferred until completion of the defendants' cases in the Third Circuit Court. Pursuant
to MCL 801.4b(7}, the booking fee shall not be assessed if the case is dismissed or the
defendant is found not guilty.
This action is taken by the Court pursuant to MCL 801.59b(2).
IT IS SO ORDERED.
