Recognizing the states of emergency declared by the President and the Governor, the Chief Judge of the Third Circuit Court pursuant to MCR 8.110(C)(3)(b) orders:

During the state of emergency, all emergency bond motions including those made at the arraignment on the information must be in writing. They are to be eFiled and noticed for hearing before Presiding Judge Prentis Edwards, Jr.
