Chambers protocol:
1. Motion practice-
(a) Judge's copies must be emailed to JudgeGlendening-Court@3rdcc.org AFTER the motion is filed with the Wayne County Clerk's office.
(b) Hearing dates will be given upon receipt of the judge's copy.
(c) The moving party must then file a notice of hearing, proof of service and electronic praceipe.
(d) No praceipes will be accepted without first receiving a hearing date from chambers.
2. All proposed orders must be emailed in pdf format (not docusign) to JudgeGlendening-Court@3rdcc.org.
3. Pro cons: All parties and their counsel must be present at the hearing to enter proofs on the record. All proposed orders (Judgment of Divorce, support orders, etc.) must be fully signed and submitted in pdf format prior to the hearing date.
4. Parties must submit a copy of the complaint along with any proposed ex parte status quo orders to JudgeGlendening-Court@3rdcc.org.
