b'SFA 2:Improve the Employee Experience:Prepare for a Workforce of the Future The Court is committed to improving the employee experience. This requires understanding and improving how employees see, hear, think, and feel about the Court across the entire spectrum from when employees join to when they retire or leave the Court. The Court is working to reset workplace expectations to better serve the public and establish an optimalexperienceandenvironmentfortheemployees.Thisincludestransformingand modernizing the workplace, human resource, and management policies and practices to address current challenges and prepare for a workforce of the future.Opportunities for improvement, according to employee responses to the 2023 Strategic Planning survey include:1.Redesigning jobs for todays needs;2.Transformingrecruitmentandhiringpractices/fillingvacancies(reducingthevacancy rate);3.Improving onboarding and new employee training; 4.Evaluating and reallocating resources as needed to meet needs;5.Prioritizing and improving employee wellbeing;6.Enhancing hybrid and flexible work arrangements;7.Expanding training and development/growth opportunities;8.Providing career advancement opportunities;9.Ensuring the workplace is diverse, equitable, welcoming, and inclusive; and10. Fostering an engaging and satisfying team and work environment. Goals and Strategies:Goal 1: The Court will be staffed, and will assign staff, optimally.
