Utilizing technology more than ever; going paperless 11. Probationers were monitored in the community; were not required to report to the Court.12. Pay was increased to fill some positions 13. More staff are taking advantage of remote day opportunities 14. Reminding employees to be safe; if sick stay home; wear face masks and social distance 15. Communication with Administration and Judicial leadership notifying stakeholders of changes in the Court, operations, and providing stakeholders lead time to adjust. 16. Leaders have been more accessible to stakeholders and answering in a timely fashion 17.
