Virtual Court Proceedings, Technology, and Equity and Fair Treatment were the other three top priorities for external partners, with Virtual Court Proceedings taking the top spot.Workplace/WorkforcePractices,SafetyandSecurity,andFacilities/Space/Parking were the other 3 top priorities for judges/staff. Funding/Resources was rated the top prioritybyjudges/staffwithimprovementstotheWorkplace/WorkforcePractices taking the second spot. 2.Court User Experience / Court Performance CategoriesThis question rated the experience of court users on 5 court performance categories: (1) Accessibility;(2)Timeliness;(3)Fairness;(4)Quality/Effectiveness;and(5)Virtual Proceedings/ Services. Each category included multiple questions Court user survey respondents rated all 5 performance categories significantly higher than external partners and judges/staff.The Fairness court performance category was rated the highest by court users.The Fairness category included questions about procedural and outcome fairness.Examples of the questions included in this category are: respectful treatment by judges andstaff,anopportunitytobeheard,applyingrulesandproceduresfairly,the impartiality of judicial officers, perceptions of fairness, and understanding what court users need to do when they leave the courtroom or courthouse.External partner survey respondents rated the Fairness performance category the highest and Virtual Court Proceedings the second highest out of the 5 areas.
